It's time...

to choose your new word of the year.

Last year I chose 'nurture' and didn't do so well at it. I'll be honest, there are a lot of ways I could have been better at nurturing not only myself but my family and relationships. I haven't chosen my word for 2010 yet...I have a few ideas, but I want it to really mean something.
Is anyone else going to do this challenge?

Because

I have a ton to say and never any time to say it.
Because my friend was a bit uypset by no blog updates to keep her busy at work.
Because I like the bazillion abs guy.
Because I really always like a good laugh.
And because I really like this series...
