To whom I replied, "not at this time"

that got snippy and said "even seasonally?"

That HUNG up on me when I replied "not even seasonally."

You need to find your manners. I am sorry that I have no positions open at this time. Truly, I would love to be home when the boys get off the bus, at the very least to 'encourage' them to do their jobs. However, I would certainly not be hiring someone who called (not even bothering to come in person to ask) and then hung up on me. See, I do have caller ID, and if I ever am in the hunt for an associate, it will most certainly not be you.
